ROSS TC UIQ'1~OCi; GATE ON ASHTOTT ROAD, A iUBLIC ROAD IN PI?ECINCT 4 On this the 10th day of August, 1964 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the locking of a gate across the Ashton Road, a public roadway in Frocinct Dto, 4 of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the said Ashton P,oad has been continuously maintained and kept in repair as a public roadway by various County Commissioners of Precinct Tdo, 4 of Kerr County for many years and that such fact is further verified by an affidavit executed by former County Co~*anissionar Lee Goff as is of record in Vol. 104, Page 5~:1, Kerr County Deed Records, which affidavit is hereby incorporated by roferenca into the farms of this order and made a. part hereof for all rurposes, end it appearing to the CGUrt that the erection cf a locked gate across such public roadway is contrary to and in violation of the laws of this State and further contravenes the ~3uty of the Commissioner°s Curt tG lcee;> all established public rcadwa~*s unobstructed for use be the rublic, it is tizerefore ordered on mctior, by Co?nmissioner Stone, seconded b~* Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved. by the Court ghat George E.
