Court of Kerr County, Texas, the matter of consenting to the appointment of an Assistant County
Attorney to serve without axrense to the County, at the special instance and request of and
fir a nsriod of time to be determined by County Attorney, Robert R, Barton; and it a peering
that a need exists for an Assistant County Attorney; and it appearing that the said Robert
R. Barton, County Attorney, has recommended the appointment of A, F. Allison to the office of
Assistant County Attorney; and it appearing t.at the said P•.. ;, Allison is duly licensed and
authorized to practice as an Attorney a m3 Counselor at Law in all the Courts of the State of
