Court of Kerr County, Texas, the matter of consenting to the appointment of an Assistant County
F.ttorney to serve without expense to the County, at the special instance and raeuest of and
for a period of time to be determined by County Attorney, Hobert H. Barton; and it appearing
that a need exists for an Assistant County Attorney; and it appearing that the said Robert
R. Barton, County Attorney, has reco mended the appointment of A. P. Allison to the oi'fice of
Assistant County Attorney; and it appearin t at the said A. F. Allison is duly licensed and
authorized to practice as an Attorney anti Counselor at Law in all the Courts of the State of
Texas; and it appearing that the County Attorney is authorized and e:.powsred under the terms
and provisions of Art. 331, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, to make such an a; point^ent with
the consent of the Commissioners Count;
