portion of 'zis entrance roadway necessitated by the relocation of F. '~1. Road 6~9 and it ap?:ear-
ing to the Court after an ins^ection on the ;round that said claim is justii'ied, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved
by the CGUrt that t?-~e agreement of B. L,. t~iedenfel;i to accvi t the sum of vr1,000.G0 as compensa-
tion for relocation of his en+.,rance ar.d cattle guard plus paving the relocated portion cf his
entrance road, be aecerted, and that in addition Kerr County wil.1 provi~.e the grading and place
base material for the relocated portion cf the entrance roac'_way, and it is further ordered
that the Clerk and the Treasurer be autT-iorized to draw a voucher on the F, ?":, 6E9 P,ig'rtt-of-::ay
