Parmelee, Maurice Haufler and Mabel Joyce Haufler, Owners respectively of Lots 71 and 55 of the Bivouac Estates Addition in Kerr County to close a desienated but unopened roadway in said add iti.on which unopened roadway constitutes an un-named northwesterly extension of a roadway desi,,nated as Oak Drive North on the plat of. said subdivision as is of record in Vol. 1 Page 53, Kerr County Plat Record, the said unopened roadway being bounded on the Northeast by the South line of Lot 55, and on the Southwest by the North Line of Lot 71 with said unopened extension corr~nenci.ng at a point in the Northwest line of Oak Drive ?North at a point 20 feet from tree centerline of the said Oak Drive North and running Northwesterly to a point in the Northwest line of the Bivouac Estates Addition which point is in the Southeast line of a tract of land owned solely by the said Barbara H. Parmelee and it appearing to the Court that the said unopened roadway has never in fact been used or maintained as a public roadway and that tY~e aforesaid written request has been joined in by all persons who hold interests in any lands which such roadway could serve were it cpened and maintained as a public roadway, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that the above described extension of Oak Way North, a roadway in the Bivouac Estates Addition of Kerr County be declar- ed closed and abandoned forever as a public roadway and that all right, title and interest to unopened roadway shall revert according to the laws of this state, and it is further ordered that a certified copy of this order be recorded in the Deed kecords of Kerr County.
