On this the 12th day of October 196111 came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos, 1, 2, 3 and 4; Lateral Road No. 4, Genera],
Officers Salary, County Law Library, Special Airport Maintenance, Permanent Improvement,
General Road and Bridge, F,M. 689 R~W and R~M 187 R~Ld Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts
Allo'.aed from page 870 thru 873 , Voucher Nos, 10755 thru 10884 , which were made a part hereof
and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court,

PIO, 9$23 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PP.ECINCT OFFICERS OF i~RR COUNTY AFPROVED
On this the 12th day of October 1964, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of Serte^zber of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and s?;ould be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commis-
sioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that Che submitted reports be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit,

NC. 9824 AFFROVAL OF COUNTY CLBRK'S QUARTERLY REPORTS ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 12th day of October, 1964, came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officer
witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled there-
to, for the period ending the 30th day of September 196L and held on dep,_sit in the County
Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of '876,83,
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerlc of said Court, in the amount of 961.95.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, or. motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court
