K, Holt Machinery Company on January 26, 1962 for two Caterpillar No, 112 Motor Graders and it appearing to the Court that payments on the said two contracts are due on January 26, 1965, 1966 and 1967 but tY~at sufficient funds not otherwise required are now on deposit in the County Depository of Kerr County and that a saving of interest payments on the total unpaid balances of these contracts could be effected by exercising the option to purchase said motor graders under the terms set forth in said contracts, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County exercise the afore- said options as set forth in the two aforementioned contracts and declare its intention to purchase the said two ?Motor Graders as of Gctober 14, 1964, by making payment of the total '-' balances due on each original contract, plus interest at 4zjo per annum on said balances from January 26, 1964 to October 14, 1964; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasur- er be authorized tc draw the following two vouchers on the Road and Bridge Fund of Kerr County payable to the Chas, Schreiner Bank, assignee ~-i.
