N0, 9832 ORDER GRATTING KERR COUNTY JUNIOR HORSE CLUB AUTHORITY TO USE FART OF AGRICULTURAL
EXHIBITION BUILDING GROUNDS
On this the 12th day of October, 1964 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the request of the Kerr County Junior Horse Club to use a portion of the Agricultural Livestock
Exhibition Grounds for the purpose of erecting an arena and necessary pens and other facilities
for the conduct of various equestrian activities sponsored by the Junior Horse Club, which
club is composed of and limited to members of h.-H Clubs and Future Farmers of America of Kerr
County and it appearing to the Court that the said Junior Horse Club is a non profit organiza-
tion engaged in the flzrtherance of community youth activities, education and recreation _,
through duly organized 4-H Clubs and FFP. Chapters, which functions serve a useful purpose to
the youth of Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Stone and unanimously ;proved by the Court that the Kerr County Junior Horse
