1964 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
Horse Club to use a portion of the Agricultural Livestock
erecting an arena and necessary pens and other facilities
activities sponsored by the Junior Horse Club, which
club is ecmpossd of and limited to members of 4.-H Clubs and Future Farmers of America of Kerr
County and it appearing to the Court that the said Junior Horse Club is a non profit organiza-
tion engaged in the furtherance of corrcmunity youth activities, education and recreation
through duly organized 4-H Clubs and FFP Chapters, which functions serve a useful purpose to
the youth oŁ Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seccnded by
Commissioner Stone and unanimously cg;proved by the Court that the Kerr County Junior Horse
