On this the 26th day of October, 1964, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas,
ccz~,vened in special session at the Courthouse in the City of F:errvi.lle, ^Texas, with a quorum
present; and cage on for consi.cieration the written application of F'ayne Orr and Leonard B.
Brown to discontinue a certain public road described as follows, to-wit:
Being located in the Riverside Park Subdivision of Kerr County, Texas, according to the ,-.
plat of said subdivision of record in Vulume 1, et page 70, Flat Records of Kerr County, Texas;
such roadway measuring 40 feet in width and 522.7 feet in length; the north lins of same being
the south boundary line of Lots 33 through 37 of said R.iversicie Park Subdivision, ar.d the south
line of such roadway being the north boundary line of Lots 2F' through 32 of said Riverside
Park Subdivision; such roadwa}- commencing at the Southeast; corner cf Lot 33 and the Northeast
corner cf Lot 28, and tertt:inating at the Southwest corner of Lot 37 and the Northwest corner
of Lot 32; and i.t bei.n~ found by the Court that the only dedication to public use of such
roadway is t'r.at conferred bT the recording of the above-rer.tionod plat; that such roadway was
not laid out by a jury of view; that it was never opened for use; that no person has any right
or interest in and to such roadway by use, necessity, contract or judgment; that Applicants
are the owners of all lands abutting upon such roadway, and that it would be expedient and in
the public interest to disc rntinue and close the sane, it is, therefore, upon the motion of
Co-n'~issioner Stcn©, seconded. by Commissioner Schwethelm, and upon the unani^.:ous vote of the
Court, CTtDERE1D that the move-described roadway be, and the sa^~e is hereby, discontinued and
closed.
