Brown to discontinue a certain public road described as follows, to-wit: Being 1GCated in the Riverside Park Subdivision of Kerr County, Texas, according to the plat of said subdivision of record in Volume 1, <<^.t page 70, Flat Records of Kerr Cot;nty, Texas; such roadway meastaring 1~0 feet i.n width and 522.7 feet in length; the north Tins of same being the south boundary line of Lots 33 through 37 of said Riverside Park Subdivision, and the south line of such roadway being; the north boun~9ary line of Lots 2F' through 32 of said Riverside Park Subdivision; such roadway ccmmenci_ng at the Southeast corner cf Lot 33 and the Northeast corner cf Lot 2R, and terminating, at the Souti-iwest corner of Lot 37 and the T?orthwest corner of Lot 32; and it being found by the Court that the only dedication to public use of such roadway is `hat conferred br the recording of tha above-u.er.ticnsd plat; that such roadway was not laid out by a jury of view; that it was never opened for use; that no person has any riPht or interest in atfd to such roadway by use, necessity, contract or judgment; that Applicants are the owners of all lands abutting upon such roadway, and that it would be experiient and in tl-.e public interest to discontinue and close the same, it is, therefore, uFon the motion of CG-~~missioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner 5chwethelm, and upon the unanimous vote cf the Court, ORDERED that the a'oove-described roadway be, and the same is hereby, di secntinusd and closed..
