Brown to discontinue a certain public road described as follows, to-wit: Being located in the Riverside Park SubdivisiGn of Kerr County, Texas, according to the plat of said subdivision of record in Volume 1, at page 70, Ilat Records of Kerr County, 'T'exas; such roadway measuring 1}0 feet i.n widta and 522.7 feet in length; the north lins of same being the south boundary line of Lots 33 through 37 of said Riverside Park Subdivision, and the south line of such roadway being; the north boundary line of Lots 2R through 32 of said Riverside Park Subdivision; such roadway- commencing at the Southeast cornier of Lot 33 and the Northeast corner cf Lot 2~, and ter?r:inating at the Southwest corner of Lot 37 and the northwest corner of Lot 32; and it being found by the Court that the Gnly dedication to public use of such roadtaay is that conferred b^ the recording of the above-r,;entioned plat; that such roadway was not laid Gut by a fury of view; that it was nevsr opened for use; that no person has any right or interest in acid to such roadway by use, necessity, contract or judgment; that Applicants are the owners of all lands abutting upon sucv: roadway, and that it would be expedient and in the public interest to discontinue and close the same, it is, therefore, upon the motion of Co~~~issioner Stcns, seconded by CommissiGnsr Schwethelm, and upon the unanimous vote of the Court, ORD`_;RF]D that the a'oov©-described roadway be, and the sa^~e is hereby, discontinued and .closed, O-G-G-G-O-G-G-G-G-G CnT?RT ADTOURNi'D Ccto'~or 26, 1964 at 1C:1;.5 o~clock A.
