On this the 5th day of Povember 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Fsartel, the Court unanimously approved that the bid of Kerr County Lumber
Company be accepted as the lowest and best bid for installation of suspended accustical ceiling

Cn this the 5th day of Povember 1964, carne on to be consieiered by the Court the returns

And the Crnart having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the nineteen election precincts
and the Absentee Canvassing Board box, are of the opinion that said returns, after having been
groped and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved,
