On this the 5th day of November 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the bid of Kerr County Lumber
Company be accepted as the lowest and best bid for installation of suspended acoustical ceiling
a n.' li~htin for the District Court Room of the Kerr County Court House.

to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Gereral;~lection held on November 3rd, 1964.
And the Co~.:rt having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the nineteen election precincts
ar,d the Absentee Canvassing Board box, are of the opinion that said returns, after having been
nnened an~3 canvassed, are true and correct and should he approved,
