ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the bid of Kerr County Lumber
Company be accented as the lowest and best bid for installation of suspended acoustical ceiling
and lightin fir the District Court Rcom of the Kerr County Court iIouse,

Cn this the 5th day of November 1964, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
'~' to be canvassed, to determine the results of the General Election held on November 3rd, 1964.
And t'-ie Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the nineteen election precincts
and the Absentee Canvassing Board box, are of the opinion that said returns, after having been
opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved,
T'~erefore, on motion made by Co-~missioner Bartel, seconded by Com-:issioner Sc'Zwet'_zelm
and unani-~ously a^proved by the Court that the returns as canvassed ar.d tabulated in Volume
5, ?=ages 20 t'nru 30 inclusive, Record of Election Returns of Herr County, 'T'exas, and as
certified thereto by each member of the Court, are in all respects approved,

This Agreement, r,ade this 5th day of Nov., in the year Plineteen Hundred Sixty-four, by
and between the County of Kerr, Texas, called the Party of the First Fart, hereinafter called
the Owner, and Kerr County Lumber Co., Party of the Second Part, hereinafter called the
Contractor;
i~;itnesseth: That the Contractor and the Owner, for the consideration stated herein
mutually agree as follows:
Article I. Statement of I,dork. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment,
and services and perform all work required for the installation of suspended acoustical
ceiling and li?hting for the Kerr County Court House, all in accordance with the specifications,
drawings, and addenda theretc as prepared by Lester B. 'v+$itton, Designer & Engineer, Y.errville,

Texas, which said specifications, drawin~s and ad9enda are incorporated harain by referc;nce
and made a part hereof,
Article II. The Contract Price, The Owner shall pay the Contractor for the performance of
the contract with cash as provided in the specificaticns the sum of Two Thousand Six Hundred
and Ninety Two Dollars ;:~2,692.GG).
Article III. The Contract Documents, The Contract shall consist of the following component
parts:

b. General conditions of the contract,
c. Special conditions of the contract,
d. General scope of work,
e, Technical specificaticns,
f, Drawings.
