On this the 9th day of November 1964, came on to be examined by the Court Certificates
of Cancellation, Certificate Numbers 16978 thru 16997 inclusive, presented to the Court by
Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the
reasons set out in said Certificates for the cancellation of taxes therein are good and
sufficient, it is therefore Ordered by the Court that the said certificates be granted and
signed by the County Judge,
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court,

DEPARTMENT
On this the 9th day of November 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized
to advertise for bids for one new 1965 four door sedan for the Sheriff's Department.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk.
Bids to be received until 10:30 o'clock A,r7„ December 4, 1964, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

by Commissioner Stone, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the salary of Fred E.
Young, Justice of the Peace, Precinct Pdo. ~, be fixed at the rate of 41,000.00 per annum,
effective the date of his qualification.
