sufficient, it is therefore Ordered by the Court that the said certificates be granted and
signed by the County Judge,

by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized
to advertise for bids for one new 1965 four door sedan for the Sheriff's Department,
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk, '"
Bids to be received until 10:30 o'clock A,P^:., December 4, 1964., at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read,
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
