by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer
be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of ±;;5,000,00 from the 3eneral Fund to the
Officers Salary Fund,

Road Fund to the F/M 689 R/W Fund,

(QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
of November 1961;., in Regular monthly session of Co;nmissioners'
Court, came on for examination the 6uarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer
of said County, for the period beginning on the first day of August 1964 and ending the 31st
day of October 1964, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found
correct,
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the
filing oŁ the preceding report and during the period above stated, are correct as therein
shown.
IT IS THEREFORE ORIYERED by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the P~inutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said County 'Preasurer in accordance with this Order,
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.

expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning August 1, 1964 and ending
October 31, 1964, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, said report
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and subject to
audit,
