Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, .it is found
that the bid of Schreiner Ford Center in the amount of X1367.61, which is the total difference
to.be paid by the Sheriff's Department between the new unit and the 1961 Chevrolet, !r door
sedan, be accepted as the lovrest and best bid,
