On this the 4th day of December 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the filing deadline for
automobile for Sheriff's Department and bids for
the acceptance of bids for/one new Hyster Model H.P, 15 T Platform Trailer, to be advanced to

morning of December 4, 1964, duo to the death of the Commissioner of Precinct No. 2.

On this the 4th day of Jecember 1861{, came on to be considered by the Court the sealed
bids for one 1965 Model 4-Door Sedan for the Kerr County Sheriff's Office as per specifications
Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, It is found
that the bid of Schreiner Ford Center in the amount of X1367.61, which is the total difference
to.be paid by the Sheriff's Department between the new unit and the 1961 Chevrolet, la_ door
sedan, be accepted as the lowest and best bid.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court,

On this the 4th day of December 1964, came on to be considered by the Court the sealed
bids for one New Hyster Model HP 15 T Platform Trailer as per specifications,
Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found
that the bid of Holt Machinery Company in the amount of X4,6£1,50 be accepted as the lowest
and best bid.
