On this the 4th day of Decamber 1964, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Mosty, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County accept the
work done by the Kerr County Lumber Company for the suspended acoustical ceiling and lighting
fixtures in the District Court Room as per contract and that payment for the same be made in
the amount of X2692.00, plus w240.12 for additional work and that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Permanent Improvement Fund in the amount of
X2,932,12, payable to the Kerr County Lumber Co., Inc.
