ed by Commissioner Mosty, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County accept the
work done by the Kerr County Lumber Company for the suspended acoustical ceiling and lighting
fixtures in the District Court Room as pen contract and that payment for the same be made in
the amount of X2692.00, plus X240.12 for additional work and that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Fermanent Improvement Fund in the amount of
x,2,932,12, payable to the Kerr County Lumber Co., Inc.
