the matter of payment and contributicn to the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital, for the care
'of indigent patients for the year 1961, in tha sum of "2000.00. Upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner :4osty, the Court unanimously approved that the
Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a vrucher on the General Fund in the amount of

The undersigned, all owners of real estate in Precinct No. 4, Kerr County, Texas, hereby
propose that the existing public road locally known and referred to as the REAT.-FISHEP, ROAD,
a part of which traverses the properties of G. E. Lehmann and Gordon H. Monrce and the
properties of Hugo H. Real, be relocated so as to pass along the route described as follows•
BEGIIdP1ING at a point in the South line of an existing county road which is described in
a certain Deed from Agnes D, Stacey, et al, to Kerr County, four,a of record in Vol, 9S, page
51, Kerr County Deed Records, such point being approximately 1,200 feat 6dest from the Iv,E.

od, the present, existing ri,ht-of-way for the same be closed and abandoned, and that the Court
enter its order closing such re-located portion upon proper application therofor, in which said
application the undersigned agreo to join.
Should the Commissioners Court elect to accept the foregoing proposition, then all of the
undersigned who own land across which the propossd re-located road will pass agrse that they
will execute proper recordable easements for such roadway in favor of Y.err County.

N0. 9877 ORDER ACCEPPING PROPOSAL TO RELOCATE A i'Qti'PION OF THE REAL-FISHER ROAD IN PRECIPiCT

On this the 14th day of December, 1964, came on to be considered by the Court the written
request of the property owners concerned for the relocation of a portion of a public roadway
i.n Vraeinct No. Four known as the Real-Fisher Road, said relocation to be as to a portion of
said roadway presently traversing lands owned by Hugo H. Real, Gordon H, Monroe and :~. E.
^ Lehmann; and
It appearing to the Court that all landowners concerned with the proposal as outlinsd have
joined in the said request; and
It furtl-ier appearing to the Court that the relocation of the said roadway would result in
a more feasable route to travel and maintain than that route presently occupied by that portion
of said roadway which it is proposed to relocate;
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner T•iosty and un-
animously aFproved by the Court that the aforesaid proposal be accepted on the terms therein
sot forth on the condition that properly executed recordable easements be furnished Kerr County
upon final determination of the exact route of the said relocated roadway, and that upon the
proper submission of the agreed petition those portions of the existing Real-Fisher Road which
are replaced by the rslocated roadway wilt be declared closed and abandoned; and
It is further ordered that the written proposal herein referrod to be recorded in the
"- minutes of the Court as an appendix to this order,
