ORDER No. 9718 Order Accepting Offer of Adam Wilson, Jr. , to Donate Right-of-Way for R. M. Road 187 On this the 11th day of May, 1964 came on to be Heard and considered by the Court the offer of Adam Wilson, Jr„ to donate 39.706 acres of land for right-of- way for R. M. Road 187 in Kerr County, together with five channel easements totaling 0. 814 acres; and it appearing to the Court that it would be in the be st in- terests of Kerr County to accept this offer on the terms proposed, it is ordered on ~.. motion by Commissioner-Stone, seconded by Commissioner Witt, and unanimously approved 'by the Gou^?t tliat Kerr County accept the offer of Adam Wilson, Jr, to ,~ .,_ donate 39.706 acres of land out of surveys 36, 162, 1870, and 160 in Kerr County for Right-of-W~y fOr'k. M. Road 1.87, together with the aforementioned 5 channel .f easements and, xth tt upon receipt of the executed right-of-way instruments, Kerr County for and in consideration of this donation will build a new fence along both ' jq. sides of the donat2ifr'ight-of-way where there is no presently existing fence, said fence to be of na~v maf~`rials and to conform to the following specifications and 6 conditions: 1, Heart cedar posts to be set 30 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between and concreted all the way as follows: 10 inches in solid rock, 2 feet in dirt, and corner posts 30 inches deep, 2, All metal products to be of domestic manufacture and fence to consist of 1239-12-12 1/2 net wire and one smooth cable wire. 3. Kerr County will furnish up to 8 (eight) 12 foot steel gates and up to 4 (four) 12 foot cattle guards as requested, 4, Fencing when completed to be subject to acceptance by Adam Wilson, Jr, , with Kerr County withholding its final acceptance and payment for the said fencing pending receipt of a written release from Mr. Wilson, 5. Mr. Wilson to be granted the option to furnish his own fence posts with Kerr County re-imbursing him for his actual costs.
