Offer to the Commissioners Court of Bandera County
to construct Fencing for R. M. Road 187 in Bandera
County through the Adam Wilson, Jr. , Ranch
On this the 11th day of May, 1964 came on to be heard and considered by
the Court that portion of the Right-of-Way of R. M. Road 187 lying in the
Bandera County portion of the Adam Wilson, Jr. , Ranch, and it appearing
to the Court that the~c.ompletion of the right-of-way fencing for the project
as proposed b~',~Teryxae'~Ii,'~hWa,y Department might well be expedited by

including the 'ap~r~cim.ately one rriil$ of fencing required in Bandera County
in the same corl~raets for materiels and labor as will be awarded for the
Kerr Cou#~i`ty po'~4tioxv~s ~~bf tl}~i~s project, it is ordered on motion by Commis-
sioner Schwethe°lm,,';seeronded'by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously

stoners Court of, B~`ry}de~a Goun;~y tk}e aforesaid necessary fencing, subject
to agreement be#;wee~~ A~am W$lso~, Jr. , and Bandera Gounty, and that

such fencing, if+CbnstruCted, will be constructed subject to the same speci-
ficatious and conditions as set forth in Order No. 9718 entered this date,
and with the number of gates and/or cattle guards to be agreed to by the
two parties, and that upon completion of the fencing, Kerr County will bill
Bandera County for the actual costs of labor and materials involved,
