ORDER DIRECTING PAYMENT TO GEORGESKOCENS AND EXECUTOR OF ESTATE
OF CORINNE G, KOCENS, DECEASED FOR RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT FOR CAVE
SPRING ROAD IN PRECINCT N0, 4
On this the 19th day of March 1964 came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of the payment to be made
to Georges Kocens and the Executor of the Estate of Corrine G.
Kocens, Deceased for a Right of Way Easement for a tract of
land out of Survey 672, B. F. Sublett, which land is required
for the widening of a portion of the Cave Spring Road in Precinct
No. 4, and it appearing to the Court that the properly executed
Right of Way Easement has been delivered to Kerr County and that
the agreed consideration therefore should be paid, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the agreed
sum of $1,000,00 be paid the aforesaid grantor for the
the above mentioned Right of Way Easement and that the Clerk and
the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Precinct
4 Road and Bridge Fund in the amount of $1,000 payable to:
Bank of the Southwest National Association, Houston, as
Independent Executor under the Last Will and Testament of
Corrine G. Kocens, Dec'd., and Georges Kocens.
