ORDER ACCEPTING PROPOSAL TO RELOCATE A PORTION OF THE REAL-FISHER ROAD IN PRE- CINCT NUMBEl; FOUR. On this tine 14th day of December, 1964, came on to be coxasiderect by the Court the written request of the property owners concerned for the relocation of a portion of a public road•.r~ay in Precixact No. Foua° known as tine Real-Fisher Road, said relocation to be as to a portion of said roadway presently traversing lands owned by Hugo H. Real, Gordon H. Monroe an.i G. E. Lehmann; and ° It appearing to the Court that all landowners concerned with tine proposal as outlined have joined in the said request; and It further appearing to t,xe Court tiaat the relocation of the said .roadway would result in a more feasable route to travel and maintain than that route presently occupied by that portion of said roadway which it is proposed to relocate; It is ordered on motion by Commissioner ~~;...- seconded by Commissioner i,°'_.,.;~:~- and unanimously ap- ' ~~ proved by the Court that the aforesaid proposal be accepted on the terms Cnerein set forth on the condition that properly executed recordable ease- nzents be furnished Kerr County upon final determination of the exact route cf the said reiocated roadway, and that upon the proper submission of tae agreed petition those portions of tine existing Rea!-Fisher Road which are replaced by the relocated roadway will be declared closed and abandoned; and It is furtiaer ordered that tine written proposal herein referreu io be recorded in the minutes of the Court as an appendix to this order.
