TfiIS AGREEMENT, made this ~ ~~ day of E C`~ '" ~ ~ _ ,
1964, by and between Kerr County, Texas, hereinafter called the "County",
Party of the First Part, acting by and through its Comnissienere Court
and the State of Texas, hereinafter called the "State", Party of the
Second Part, acting by and through its State Highway Commission.
WHEREAS, the County desires the eox~ truetion of a stock peas at
Station 45+lt1.t and also a stook pass at Station 221+45 on Ranch to Market
Read No. 187, and the State trill provide for the constract3.on of these
two stock passes, and the County x3.11 contr3.bute a fixed amount of
Seven Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($7,000.00), in payment for their
portion of this work.
NOW THEFEFORH, it is understood that this proposed work, c~sisting
of the construction of a stock pass at Station 45+44 and also s stock peas
at Station 2?1+45 on Ranch to Market R,aad No. 187, will be constructed
by the State and the County will transmit to the State with the return
of this agreement, executed by the County, a warrant made payab]s to the
State Treasurer, Account of Trust Fund No. 927 3n the amount of Seven
Thousand and No/100 Dollars 07,000,00). It is further understood that
the State will construct only those Stems for the County as requested
and it is further understood that the contribution of Seven Thousand and
No/100 Dollars 07,000.00), by the County shall be a fixed amount for
their share of the work.

to be ex®cuted in duplicate on the day above stated.
