O~,mer9 and Kerr County Lumber Co. , P~?^ty of the Second Part
hereinafter called the Contractor;
tlitnesseth: That '.he Contractor and. the O~aner~ for the consider-
ation stated herein mutually agree as follows:
Article I. Staħer.~~-nt of 'won}.. The Contractor shell furnish all

lighting for the Kerr County Court Iiouse~ all in accoraance with
the specifications dra~;rings~ and addenda thereto as prepared by
Le-stir T. Whitton Designer d_ Engineers Kerrville T:xas~ which said
specifications dra~.~ings an,i add.en~a are incorporated. herein by
reference and *;ac}e a part hereof,
Article II. The Contract Price. The Omer shall pay the Con-
tractor or the- performance of the contract with cash as provided
in the specifications the sum of Two Thousand Six Hundred and
Ninety Two Dclla.rs ( , r .

for the contract.
