Offer to Pink Lee and wife, Abby Lee, for Right-
of-Way for State Highway 39 at Ingram
On this the 18th day of June, 1965, came on to be heard and con-
sidered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Pink Lee
and wife, Abby Lee, for the conveyance of right-of-way required for State
Highway 39 at Ingram; and after due consideration by the Court, it is
ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone
seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Pink
Lee and Abby Lee the sum of $1, 000. 00 for land and damages as considera-
tion for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0. 198 acres of land out of
Survey 129, F. Trevino, in the town of Ingram, such payment to be made
upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed
deed of conveyance, with payment to be made before the conveyance is placed
of record;
And it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of
conveyance by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer
be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 39 Right-of-Way Fund in
the amount of $1, 000. 00 payable to Pink Lee and Abby Lee
