Order No. 10019 Offer to H. L. Sublett for Right-of-Way for State Highway 39 at. Ingram On this the 18th day of June, 1965, came on to be heard and con- sidered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered H. L. Sublett for the conveyance of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court, it ordered on motion by Gommis- sinner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and agproved by a majority vote with Commissioners Stone, BarteY and Mosty voting "Aye" and Commis- sioner Schwethelm voting "No" that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said H. L. Sublett the sum of $7, 000. 00 for land and damages as consideration for his conveyance to the State of Texas of 2. 743 acres of Sand out of Survey 130, F. Trevinoa west of Johnson Greek, such payment to be made upon ap- proval by the Texas Highway Department of his properly executed deed of cou- veyance, with payment to be made before the conveyance is placed of record; And it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of con- veyance by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 39 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of $7, 000. 00 payable to H. L. Sublett.
