Offer to Norma Massey for Right-of-Way for State
Highway 39 at Ingram
On this the ; ." day of April, 1965, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Norma
Massey, a feme sole, for the conveyance of right-of-way required for
State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner .'
seconded by Commissioner f?'l ~„ f-", and unanimously
approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said
Norma Massey the sum of $1, 000.00 for land and damages as a con-
sideration for her conveyance to the State of Texas of 0. 168 acres of
land out. oŁ Survey No. 12.9, F. Trevino, in the town of Ingram, such
payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of
her properly executed deed of conveyance, with payment to be made be-
fore the conveyance is placed of record; and,
It is further ordered that upon approval cf the instrument of
conveyance by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer
be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 39 Right-of-Way Fund in
the amount of $1, 000.00 payable to Norma Massey.
