Fitzgerald and wife, Wilma Fitzgerald, for the conveyance of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner ~.;,,. seconded by Commissioner ~~~°_~«~~ and unanimously approved by the Gourt that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Malcolm O. 1itzgerald and wife, Wilma Fitzgerald, t~e sum of $45.00 for land, damages and sign relo- cation as a consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of °' 0.016 acres of land out of Survey 12y, F. Trevino, in the town of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval by the Texaa Highway llepartment of their properly executed deed of conveyance and partial release of all outstanding liens and indebtedness as to the property conveyed, with pay- ment to be made before the conveyance is placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance and partial release of liens and indebtedness by the Texas Highway llepart- ment, the Glerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 39 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of $45, 00, payable to Malcolm O, bitzgerald and Wilma Fitzgerald.
