On this the i.-~ "=' day of ~.~~ 1965, came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid the
Estate of Emuel Crider, N. G. M. , and Mra, Ollie Crider for conveyance
of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due con-
sid4 ration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner

. and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay
tAe Estate of k;muel Crider, N, C. M. , and Mrs. Ollie Crider individually the
total sum of $550.00 for land and damages as consideration for the properly
su~thorized conveyance by the Guardian of the Estate of E:muel Crider, N, C.
M, and for the conveyance by Mrs. Ollie Crider individually, to the State
of Texas of 0.252 acres of land out of Survey 129. F. Trevino, in the town
of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway
Department of their properly executed deed of conveyance, with payment to
be made before the conveyance is placed of record, and it is further ordered
that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance by the Texas Highway I3e-
partment, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draN two vouchers
on the Highway 39 Right-o£-way b'und totaling $550.00 and payable as follows:
1. Voucher in amount of $275.00 payable to Mrs. Ollie Crider,
Guardian of the Estate of Emuel Crider, N, C. M,
2, Voucher in the amount of $275. 00 payable to Mra. Ollie
Crider.
