Order No. 9946 Offer to the Heirs of G. H, Switzer, Deceased, for Right-of-Way for State Highway 39 at ingram On this the 8th day of March, 1965, came on to be heard and consider- ed by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered the nine heirs of C. H. Switzer, Deceased, for the conveyance of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Ba2te1 seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the nine heirs at law of C. H. Switzer, Deceased, the sum of $1, 250.00 for land and damages as a consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.150 acres of land out of Survey 129, F, Trevino in the town of Ingram, such payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed deed of conveyance, with payment to be made before the convey- ance is placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorised to draw nine individual vouchers on the High- way 39 Right-of-Way Fund as follows: Six vouchers in the amount ~f $156.25 each with one payble to each of the following -Fred Switzer, Elmer Switzer, Joe( Switzer, Lillie Mae Wachter, Viola Littlefield and Lloyd Switzer; one voucher in the amount of $156.25 payable to the legal guardian of the estate of Tarleton Switzer, a minor; one voucher in the amount of $78. 13 payable to Earl Howell, ~-r., and one voucher in the amount of $78.12 payable to Elva Mae Armour,
