Order No, 9935 Offer to Nellie Frances Cade for Right-of-Way for St ate Highway 39 at Ingram On this the 12th day of February, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Nellie Frances Cade, a feme sole, for the conveyance of right-of-way required for State Highway 39 atingram, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, second- ed by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Nellie Frances Cade the sum of $3, 400.00 for land and damages as a consideration for her conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.121 acres of land out of Survey No. 129, F. Trevenio, in the Lown of Ingram, such payment to be made upon ap- proval by the Texas Highway Department of her properly executed deed of conveyance, with payment to be made before the conveyance is placed of record, and provided further that the said Nellie Frances Cade is to retain ownership of all existing improvements un Liie Lract conveyed and agrees to remove the same by July 1, 1965, unless granted an additional extension of time by the State of Texas, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance by the Texas Highway De- partment, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 39 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of $3, 400. 00 payable to Nellie Frances Cade.
