Offer to Lester Allen Pearson and wife, Mary Ann Pearson
for Right-of-Way for State Highway 39 at Ingram
On this the 12th day of February, 1965, came on to be heard and
considered by the Gourt the matter of compensation to be offered Lester
Allen Pearson and wife, Mary Ann Pearson for the conveyance of right-
of-way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due considera-
tion by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, se-
conded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court,
that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Lester Allen Year son and
wife, Mary Ann Pearson, fire sum of $950.00 for land and damages as
consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.075 acres
of land out of Survey No. 129, F, Trevenio, in the town of Ingram,
such payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Department.
of their properly executed deed of conveyance, and upon delivery to Kerr
County of a properly executed partial release of the existing outstanding
indebtedness against the land to be conveyed, with payment to be made
before the instruments concerned are placed of record, provided further
that in event any of the existing improvements nn the aforesaid 0.075
acre parcel of land are retained by the owners, the compensation herein
offered shall be reduced by the approved retention value of such retained
improvements, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instru-
ments concerned by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on th~~ Highway 39 Kight-of-
Way Fund in the amount of $950.00, less the retention value of any im-
provements retained, if any, said voucher to be payable to Lester Allen
Pearson and Mary Ann Pearson.
