Order Amending Order No. 9998 as to the Amount of
Consideration to be paid John E. Alexander and Wife,
Roxie Alexander and to Hill Country Federal Savings
and Loan Association, inc., for Right-of-Way for
State Highway 39 at Ingram
On this the 29th day of June, 1965 came on to be heard and con-
sidered by the Gourt the matter of amending Order No. 9998 heretofore
entered by the Court on the 4th day of June, 1965 and recorded in Vol.
M, Page.`L56,of the Minutes of this Gourt; and after due consideration
and negotiation, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner M-.,sty, and unaniniuusly approved by the Court that
the said Order No, 9998 be amended to read so that the total sum of cash
consideration offered shall be $'3, 452.00 andlthat one treasury voucher be
issued at the time and under the circumstances therein set forth, said
voucher to be in the amni}nt of $3, 452.00 and payable to John E. Alexander,
. Roxie Alexander and Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Association,
Inc.
And it is further ordered that such portions of said Order No, 9998
whereby Kerr County did offer to quitclaim to the said John E, and Roxie
Alexander a portion of a public roadway known as Ballard Street and autho-
rize the closing of same be rescinded and deleted from such order by virtue
of this order of amendment.
