Order No. 10063 Offer to Victor H. Davis and wife, Ila Jean Davis, for Right-of-Way for State Highway 39 at Ingram On this the 3rd day of September, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Victor H. Davis and wife, Ila Jean Davis, for the conveyance of Right-of-Way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone Commissioner Mosty seconded by and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Victor H. Davis and wife, Ila Jean . Davis, the sum of $2, 000.00 for land and damages as consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 1.361 acres of land out of Survey 130, F. Trevino in the town of Ingram, with the owners retaining all improvements thereon but agreeing to remove the same by October 1, 1965, unless granted additional time by the Texas Highway Department, with such payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of their properly exe- cuted deed of conveyance, and upon the execution by the First National Bank of Kerrville, Texas cEa partial release of a Deed of Trust as to lands convey- ed, with payment to be made before the conveyance is placed of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance and partial release of the Deed of Trust by the said First National Bank, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 39 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of $2, 000. 00 payable to Victor H. Davis, Ila Jean Davis, and First National Bank of Kerrville.
