Offer to H. H. Gumbert and wife, Katie Gumbert, for
Right-of-Way for State Highway 39 at Ingram
On this the 3rd day of Sept. , 1965, came on to be heard and consider-
ed by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered H. H. Gumbert and
wife, Katie Gumbert, for the conveyance of Right-of-Way required for State
Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Stone seconded by Gom-
missioner SChwQthelm and unanimously approved by the Court
"that Kerr County hereby offers to pay H, H. Gumbert and wife, Katie Gumbert,
200. 00 for land and damages as consideration for their conveyance to the
State of Texas of 0.045 acres of land out of Survey 130, F, Trevino, in the
town of Ingram, said land comprising a portion of the homestead community
property of the said H. H. and Katie Gumbert, with such payment to be made
;upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of a deed properly executed
- by the Guardian of the Estate of H, H, Gumbert and by Katie Gumbert, with
payment to be made before the conveyance is placed of record, and it is
further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of conveyance by the
Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to
draw two vouchers on the Highway 39 Right-of-Way Fund payable as follows:
1, Voucher in the amount of $100.00 payable to the Guardian
of the Estate of H. H, Gumbert; and
2, Voucher in the amount of $100, 00 payable to Katie Gumbert.
