Offer to Mabel L, Mayhew, individually, and to William
J, Mayhew and Mabel L, Mayhew as Surviving Heirs at
Law of William H. Mayhew, Deceased,
On this the 3rd day of September, 1965, came on to be heard and
considered by the Gourt the matter of compensation to be offered Mabel L,
Mayhew, individually, and William J. Mayhew and Mabel L. Mayhew as
surviving heirs at law of William H. Mayhew, deceased, for the conveyance
of Right-of-Way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due con-
sideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Store
seconded by Commissioner j`~Q``-~' , and unanimously approved
by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Mabel L, Mayhew and
William J. Mayhew the sum of $500,00 for land and damages as considera-
tion for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.405 acres of land out of
Survey 13p, F, Trevino in the town of Ingram, with such payment to be made

upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed
deed of conveyance, with payment to be made before the conveyance is placed
of record, and it is further ordered that upon approval of the instrument of
conveyance by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer
be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 39 Right-of-Way Fund in the
amount of $500. 00 payable to Mabel L, Mayhew and William J, Mayhew,
