Order No. 10, 082 Offer to Solon B. Dowdy for Right-of-Way for State Highway 39 at Ingram On this the 13th day of September, 1965, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered Solon B. Dowdy for his conveyance of Right-of-Way required for State Highway 39 at Ingram, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimoulsly approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Solon B. Dowdy the sum of $408.00 for land and damages as consideration for his cgnveyance to the State of Texas of U.4y5 acres of land out of Sur- vey 131, J'. Beitel, said land being a portion of the said Solon B. Dowdy's separately owned and non-homestead property and consisting of two tracts of new right-of-way comprising 0.204 acres of land and 0.291 acres of land within the right-of-way of existing State Highway No. 39, with such payment to be made upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of his properly executed deed of conveyance, with payment to be made before the conveyance is ptaced of record, and it is further ordered that upon ap- proval of the instrument of conveyance by the Texas Highway Department, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 39 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of $408.00 payable to Solon B. Dowdy; and it is further ordered that in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will relocate the existing fence and entrance gate on the north side of Highway 39 on the new north right-of-way line of said highway.
