Order Amending Order No. 10, 064 Regarding Offer to
Katie Gumbert, et al, for Right-of-Way for State High-
way 39 at Ingram
On this the 24th day of September, 1965, came on to be heard and
considered by the Gourt Order No. 10, 064 entered on September 3, 1965,
setting forth an offer to H. H. Gumbert and Katie Gumbert for their com-
pensation foreland and damages arising from a proposed conveyance of
0.	045 acres	of land to the State of Texas	for	right-of-way purposes; and
it	appearing	to the Court that the said H.	H.	Gumbert is now deceased
and that said Order No. 10, 064 should be amended accordingly, it is
ordered on motion by Commissioner

and unanimously approved by the
Court that Order No. 10, 064 as entered on September 3, 1965, be amended
so as to extend the offer of the consideration therein set forth to Katie Gum-
bert individually and as surviving widow of H. H. Gumbert, Deceased, and
to the heirs under the last will and testament of H. H. Gumbert, Deceased,
and it is further ordered that upon proper approval of the instrument of
conveyance executed by Katie Gumbert and all of the heirs of H. H. Gum-
bert, Deceased, the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the Highway 39 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of $200. 00 payable to
Katie Gumbert, this being by agreement and at the request of the remain-
ing heirs of the said H. H. Gumbert, Deceased.
