On this the 11th day of January 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and. the respective Commissioners Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge No, 1, ~, 3, and 4, General Road and Bridge,
,eneral, Gfficsrs Salary, Srecial Airport Alaintenance, Permanent Improvement and County Law
Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 889 thru 892 , Voucher
Nos, 11510 thru 11615, which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Mosty and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court.

N0, 9891 MCPTTI?LY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND ?RECINCT OFFICERS OF ItiRR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 11th day of January 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of December oŁ the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same
having been heard ar,d considered by the Ccurt, finds that sai,1 reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference ar.d subject to audit.

Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M, Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, rereaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties

entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of Decemt~er/and held on deposit in the
County Clerks Trust Fund in the amount of X722.67.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines imposed, Jury and Li'orary Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, i.n the amount of $;1093.00.
