claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the
last term of Ccurt, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk an d
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge No, 1, ?, 3, and 4, Gener~!1 Road and Bridge,
7er.eral, Officers Salary, Special Airport Maintenance, Permanent Improvement and County Law
Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Alloo-red from page 889 thru 892 , Voucher
Nes, 11510 thru 11615, which were made a part hereof and of this order,
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Mosty and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court,

On this the 11th day of January 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of December of the County and Frecinct Officers of Kerr County, `Pexas and the same
having been heard and considered by the Ccurt, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Schwethelm, the Ccurt unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk. for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 11th day of January 1965, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties

entitled thereto, fnr the period ending the 31st day of December/and held on deposit in the
County Clerks Trust Fund in the amount of X722,67.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Li'crary Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, i.n the amount of :„1C93.00.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and s'~onld be approved;

On this the 11th day of January 1965, came on to be examined b,.- the Court the semi-annual
resort of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas, Schreiner
Sank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official
caracity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the
period from June 3G, 1964 and leaving a balance of ;3,986,00 on deposit in said Trust Fund
for the period ending December 31, 19611.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, en motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, the Court
unanimously arproved said reports as submitted, to be filed witz the County Clerk,

^ ''n this the 11th day of January, 1965, at a Regular `T'erm of the Commissioners' Court, all
members being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of the
various C~unty Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the ,year 1965, as provided for in Article
3912e, Section 2, 3, C, S, of Texas, And it arFear;nc; to the Court that Kerr Co~.~nty has a
population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, and that the
interests o° the County w~uld be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County are paid
on a salary basis for the year 196>;
Upon motion duly made b• Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and un -
an;_mously aprroved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be
paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1965, It is further ordered b; the
C mart; that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the
Comptroller of Public Accounts ir, Austin, Texas.

On this the 11th day of January 1965, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court,
all members being rresent, t~era came on for consideration the matter of compensation for the
Precinct Officials of the various precincts of Kerr County for the year 1965 as provided for
in Article 3912e, Section 6, H,C,S, of Texas, It appearing to t~~e Court that the interests of
the County would be best served if the Precinct Officials of Kerr County are paid on a salary
basis for the year 1965;

animously arproved by the Court, that the Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary
