Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to of°icers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the
ceriod from June 3G, 1964 and leaving a balance of .-"3,986.00 on deposit in said Trust Fund
for the period ending December 31, 1G64.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be a: prove d;
therefore, cn motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner :4osty, the Court

On this the llrh day of January, 1965, at a Regular `T'erm of the Commissioners' Court, all
:members being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of the
various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1965, as provided for in Article
391~e, Section 2, R.C. S, of Texas. And it appearing; to the Court that fierr County has a
xopulati_on of less than X,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, and that the
interests of the County would he best served iŁ the County Officials of Rerr County are paid
cn a salar-~ basis for the year 196;;
Upon motion duly made b- Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and un -
animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be
paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1965. It is further ordered b; the
Court; that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to t!ze
Comptroller of Public Accounts ir. Austin, Texas.

all members being present, theta came on for consideration the matter of compensation for the
Precinct Officials of the various precincts of Kerr County for the year 1965 as provided far
in Article 3912e, Section 6, H.C.S. of Texas. It appearing to the Court ttlat the interests of
the County would be best served if the irecinct Officials of Kerr County are paid on a salary
basis for the year 1965;
T?_r.on motior, duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner ~osty and un-
animously approved by the Court, that the Frocinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary
basis for the ,year 1965, as provided by law. It is further ordered that +_he Cl._rk of this
Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the State Comptroller of Public
Accounts in Austin, Texas.
