capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, ar,d amounts remaining in her ha ms for the
period from June 3G, 1961i and leaving a balance of "3,986.00 on deposit in said Trust Fund
for the period ending December 31, 1964,
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be arproved;
therefore, en motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner ^4osty, the Court

members being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of the
various County Gfficials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1965, as provided for in Article
3912e, 5ecti:;n ~, R.C.S. of Texas, And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a
population of less than 20,OC':0 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, and that the
interests of the County w'uL3 he best aervcxd if the County Officials of Y.err County are paid
on a salary basis for the year 1';65;

Precinct Officials of the various precincts of Karr County for the year 1965 as provided far
in Article 3912e, Section 6, R. C, S, of `Pexas, It appearing to tt~e Court that the interests of
the County would be best served if the Fr©cinct Officials of Kerr County are paid on a salary
basis for the year 1965;
