It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;

^ '!n this the 11th day of January, 1965, at a Regular 'Perm of the Commissioners' Court, all
members 'oeing present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of the
various C-,unty Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1965, as provided for in Articl°
3912e, Section 2, R.C. S, of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a
population of less than ~O,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, and that the
interests of the County w ul-9 be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County are paid
on a salary basis for the year 1965;

animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be
paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1965. It is further ordered b:' the
Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the
Comptroller of Public Accounts ir. Austin, Texas.

Precinct Officials of the various precincts of Kerr County for the ,year 1965 as provided for
in Article 3912e, Section 6, R,C,S, of Texas. It appearing to t?~e Court tkiat the interests of
the Count~* would be best served if the Precinct Officials of Kerr County are paid on a salary
basis .for the year 1965;
Upon notion duly made by Commissinner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner ?iosty and un-
animously approved by the Court, that the Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary
basis for the year 1965, as provided by la.a, It is further ordered that +_he Cl_rk of this
Court prepare a certifiad copy of this order and send same to the State Comptroller of Public
Accounts in Austin, Texas.

to make notice by publication for the County Depository for two ensuing years, as per Article
~5~-4, Vernon's `Pexas Statutes, and it appearing to the Court that such notice should be in
compliance with Article 25L~4 V,T,S, to enter into a contract with any banking corporation,
association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the County Funds, County
and District Court Trust runds, and County Public School Funds of said County in any bank;

unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be, and is hereby directed to issue
