On this the 11th da~• of January 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity
to make notice by publication for the County Depository for two ensuing years, as per Article
_'544, Vernon's Texas Statutes, and it appearing to the Court that such notice should be in
compliance with Article 2514 V,T,S, to enter into a contract with any banking corporation,
association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the County Funds, County
and District Court Trust Funds, and County Public School Funds of said County in any bank;
therefore, on motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and
unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be, and is hereby directed to issue
such notice of Publication in the official newspaper of Kerr County located within the City of
Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, within twenty days before the Regular February Term, to comply
with said Article 2544, V.T,S.

dates to be fixed by the Court as legal holidays for the year 1965 , also that the Court House
shall bo closed on those days, and the Court is of the opinion that the following days and dates
are and shall be declared as legal holidays for the County:

Therefore, on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
