to be made to the Iterr County Memorial Library for rendition of public library service for Kerr
County as per contract for the year 1965; and it appearing to the Court that Lhe sum of

to make notice by publication for the County Depository for two ensuing years, as per Article
X544, Vernon's Texas Statutes, ana it appearing to the Court that such notice should be in
compliance with Article 2512; V,T.S, to enter into a contract with any banking corporation,
association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the County Funds, County
and District Court Trust Funds, and County Public School Funds of said County in any bank;
therefore, on ;notion duly made by Commissioner Stone, sec~nde3 by Commissioner Schwethelm and
unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge bo, and is hereby directed to issue
such notice of Publication in the official newspaper of Kerr County located within the City of
Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, within twenty days before the Regular February Term, to comply
with said Article 2544, V,T,S.

On this the 11th day of January 1965, came on to be considered by the Court the day and
dates to be fixed by the Court as legal holidays for the year 1965 , also that the Court House
shall be closed on those days, and the Court is of the opinion that the following days and dates
are and shall be declared as legal holidays for the County:

Labor Day
Veterans Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
